The Elegant MicroWeb team collaborated with the Client team to complete development, provide support for 3rd party security compliance testing and roll-out the Negotiation and Approval Workflow Application and deliver the solution to users based on Client requirements. The new solution created a seamless environment where users can quickly learn and complete tasks with an automated process and workflow for negotiations, pricing changes and approvals etc. This solution reduces the time required to process and complete the sales cycle and ensures that the customer interest is preserved, while improving productivity and assuring an accurate process that is easy to understand, monitor, manage and approve. Elegant MicroWeb worked with the Centre for High Technology (CHT) team to satisfy all objectives including the redesign of its public website using responsive layouts and user-friendly menus and navigation, the design and development of a Discussion Forum to be used by internal team members, a portal for the Refinery Technology Events Management (RTM) including attendee registration, the approval and publishing of expert abstracts, biographies and papers, as well as tasks related to events and approval workflows for internal team members. All project output included testing and auditing to ensure government regulations for data and user security in compliance with the India CERT-IN standards. The project components were delivered on time and on budget to meet all Client expectations.
