The Client is a UK and India based cognitive automation product and operational consulting firm, and one of the fastest growing companies in the Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) & Automation domain. Its proprietary product delivers NLP and Automation programs to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry.
This Client wished to transform its on-premises banking and financial services solution to deliver its solution via the Cloud to improve market reach, ensure dependability and scalability and ensure that risk is mitigated and information security and compliance is in place. The Elegant MicroWeb team planned and designed architecture to create an infrastructure and deploy the Client application on the Amazon AWS Cloud, provide server set-up process for other clients, establish a monitoring and alert system and train the Client technical team to take over the monitoring and support of the new application environment. The new solution environment will ensure improved customer accessibility, increased dependability and scalability and privacy and security compliance.
