Brief Description

Security and Trade Management System provides integrated modules for bond, trade or security trading process. The new system is built to provide one homogeneous solution for all types of users with security access roles and privileges. Users can access six major modules of the system with single interface using common framework for Data Access Layer (DAL) and logical portion of presentation with Business Access Layer (BAL).

The system integrates third party, BLOOMBERG’s online tool to receive online real-time price. BLOOMBERG is one of the largest leading financial news and data that integrates real-time and historical information on about 5 million bonds, equities, commodities, currencies and funds and provides all data in a single source – pc, mobile or terminal.

Main Modules of System

• Trade: This module is used to enter trade related information for client. Main processes under Trade modules are Inquiry, Firm, Blotter, Amend and Book.
• Settlement: This module is useful to settle a trade with client and market. You can Match, Confirm and Settle a trade with client as well as with market.
• Research: Research team of STMS handles market research in predefined categories like Credit, Daily bonds lists, FI Daily etc. You can circulate the report of research as per the individual client requirement.
• Counterparties: This module lets you manage counterparties like client, contacts etc. It also let you update details of Client Limits, MiFID, regulators, countries etc.
• Reports: You can view various reports pertaining to Audit trial, Finance, Compliance, Research and Counterparties from this module.
• User Management: This module lets create users and assign access rights to them for operational and functional usage of STMS.
